How It Works

Email me at birdie@birdiemartini.com and we’ll do a quick phone consultation to determine what you’d like for your event. Pictured above is an example of a personalized black tie wedding menu with illustrations that I did for my sister’s wedding. She needed a bar sign as well, (pictured middle) hopefully I can find a picture of it on the actual bar but you get the gist. I’m familiar with common bar constraints that venues use, and I will provide a specs sheets for your wedding bartender to use.

Private Bartending or Themed Masterclass

I provide all additional garnish/modifier supplies + printed personalizations, but request you provide the base spirits. Classes can be as long as you’d like, but I find that 2 hours is perfect for a 3 cocktail class. Private Bartending rates vary depending on how much you’ll need. For example, it will be less if you just need a classic menu and a bartender, more if you want cohesive printed assets/art and a prep-heavy custom menu + bartender. I don’t charge for the consultation, so reach out with any questions! This is a one-woman show, and I’m still honing my systems but here’s an example of a Martini themed Bachelorette Party I did for reference.
